    Business Development Specialist
     
    STS Truck Services, a division of Sterling Transportation in Blair, NE is recognized as an HDA Truck Pride Truck Services Expert. We have been operating for over 14 years, and pride ourselves on living by our core values.
    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales representative. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales from existing customers as well as developing new accounts while maintaining a professional image for the STS family of companies.

    Position Responsibilities
    • Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling, leads provided and networking opportunities.
    • Meet and exceed predetermined sales goals.
    • Maintain a professional working relationship with team members as well as external customers.
    Position Requirements
    • Maintain a successful track record of selling repair services.
    • Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess strong computer skills.
    • The ability to manage your time effectively with little supervision.
    • Possess strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
    • Maintain a current and valid state issued driver’s license.
