    Job Description
    The Mortgage Processing Manager's role is to lead, motivate, and develop in- house and secondary
    market Loan Processors. The Mortgage Processing Manager creates a positive environment that
    promotes a culture of quality, partnership, and customer service. To be successful, the Mortgage
    Processing Manager must be able to meet overall performance objectives for all team members.

     Motivates and leads the Loan Processing team to meet productivity and turn time goals.
     Trains and manages Loan Processing team to provide exceptional customer service
     Partners with Origination, Underwriting, Closing managers and Compliance to drive an exceptional
    customer experience, meet timely metrics, and close customers timely and with quality
     Identify and resolve any operational inefficiencies
     Works closely with management in all departments to lead, communicate and execute necessary
    process enhancements, new initiatives, and internal and external changes.
     Provide coaching, ensure appropriate staffing and evaluate employee performance for the Loan
    Processing team.
     All other duties as assigned.
     Required to adhere to all compliance policies and procedures.
     Understand and adhere to all bank policy, procedures, laws and regulations applicable to your role.
    o Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
    o Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations to your manager or compliance
    officer or ethics hotline by calling 1-866-363-8422.
    o Ensure compliance with Cyber-security policies and standards
    o Affirm on each performance review that you will comply with regulations.

    o Practice WCB values and support the goals and strategic plan of the bank.
    o Be proactive and respectful in all relationships.
    o Have an absence of negative temperament/no disruptive personal qualities.

    Standards of Conduct.

     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Equivalent Work Experience.
     2-4 years of in-house and secondary market loan processing experience, including FHA, VA, USDA
    and NIFA.
     Strong understanding of mortgage products and guidelines.
     Ability to read, interpret and understand financial information.
     Excellent listening skills, oral and written communication skills that will be utilized directly with all levels
    of staff and customers.
     Strong decision-making skills
     Ability to develop employees to achieve results
     Previous management experience preferred
     5 or more years of in-house and secondary market processing experience.
     Previous lending and/or underwriting experience.
